Who qualifies under "multinational executive or manager" status?

The person must have been employed for at least one year (in a managerial or executive capacity), in the past three years, by the overseas affiliate, parent, subsidiary, or branch of the U.S. employer and he or she must be coming to work in the U.S. in a managerial or executive capacity.

The U.S. employer must have been doing business in the U.S. for at least one year
