Overall, investors should expect 8-10 months to acquire the 2-year “conditional” green card.  2 years after acquiring a “conditional” green card, investors can obtain a “permanent” green card as long as the investment project is implemented as planned.

Note: With a conditional green card, the investor can freely enter or depart from the United States just like a permanent green card.
